Stylesheet for quoting in forum

The stylesheet doesn't seem to style the quote tags at all, making it confusing to read a post in which someone has quoted a previous post. See the following "quote:" [quote]This is a quote and is should look different than the rest of the text. Perhaps it should be indented with a light yellow background, or maybe indented with a lighter text colour.[/quote] Thanks!
