spam getting through, virus emails get stopped.

i finally got everything installed correctly after the following the article on spam and postfix. only problem is that spam is still going through. i assume i have to do some manual configuring. can someone post a specific example of adjusting spamassassin. so far not one virus email has gotten thru. thanks
