Spam and Virus Controls with Postfix

I am getting this error. Something must not be set correctly in the main.cf or the master.cf. Is there anyone who can help me with this? My mail server is down. Feb 1 12:09:19 server postfix/qmgr[20603]: warning: connect to transport smtp-amavis: Connection refused Thank you
