Sonicwall Global VPN Client – Change User Password

I am using Sonicwall Global VPN Client with XAuth to a Windows configured Radius Server. Users are authenticated against Active Directory. When I create a new user in Active Directory and change password at next logon is selected. The user cannot logon the first time thru the Global VPN Client. Any ways around it? I am guessing thsi is because Windows is asking to change password and the Global VPN client does not know how to, is there a setting I can enable? Most of my users are remote users and this is becoming an issue Please any one out there.... Mushtaque
