Setting up Open Directory in OS 10.2 Server

Does anyone know of a good simplified how-to on setting up open-directory? I have reviewed the apple documentation on the subject, but it's a bit complicated. Anyone know of a good site with a how-to that would deal with: -Setting up Domains -Adding Users -Setting permissions and rights to users -Network Printers -Connection with Windows Networks (My site is both Mac and Windows) Thanks for your help :)
