Server only boots to OSX Welcome Screen

This OSX 10.4.8 server will only boot to the OSX Welcome splash screen. It will not get to the login window. I ran DiskWarrior and DiskUtility on the volume and no errors found. I am able to ping it and connect to the volume remotely. Any help?? Thanks
