Security Question – Nidump and 10.2

I have discovered that some users at my place of work have discovered nidump and are supposedly getting passwords off our netinfo 10.2 server. Is their an easy fix to this? I know you can change the permissions on the actual command on each machine, but that takes a lot of time that i dont really have. Is there something on the server I could change?
