security question – bogus client application

Browsing thru the console, I noticed this warning: 8099: WARNING! Bogus client application has now registered 2 identical instances of service ME._afpovertcp._tcp.local. I don't understand what this means. Could someone please explain. Should I be concerned??? thanks!
