SASLDB testing

hello i have been hoping to get some help to solve this problem. i having some authentication problems with postfix. here's what my logs indicate with both imap and pop. imapd imap service init from 192.168.1.25 imapd Logout user=??? host=[192.168.1.25] ipop3d Logout user=allena host=[192.168.1.25] when i telnet to 127.0.0.0.1 25 i get everything coming up fine including 250-AUTH DIGEST-MD5 CRAM-MD5 i also have a line that states 250-SIZE but without any values. any ideas?
