Roaming Profiles solution for fixing Microsoft Offive v. X?

Hello, Does anyone know how to fix Microsoft Office v. X for Mac OS X 10.3.4? getting "Global Template Error" Here is the total picture: Mac OS X 10.3.4 Server PDC/LDAPv3 running and roaming profiles works perfectly, except the "/Users/me" for example... has to run Office Word say for every user to create the /Users/me/Documents/Microsoft User Data (folder!) How can I force this to create this folder? I think I will try tomorrow to change the User Template, but wondering if anyone else has seen this issue? Any help would be great. LDAPv3 rocks! Mac/PC roaming with no problems but of course a Microsoft product! LOL Any ideas?
