Reset Passwords via Webpage

I'd like to be able to change user passwords via a webpage as it would make life a little easier for our Windoze Techies to help our mac users. I was hoping that I'd me able to this with Profile Manger but unfortunately the function isn't there. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to implement it?
