Really Basic Question(s)….

I'm trying to sort out an OSX server 10.2.3 and find out if it is working correctly and if not, why. I'm pretty sure my issues are with NetInfo. I don't know if my server is currently serving out a domain, and I'm not at all certain how to set that up. Any urls, and suggestions are appreciated. I don't have the documents for this, or I would be RFM'ing. thanks ST :oops:
