Process servermgrd go thru the CPU "roof" ever 60 seconds whatup?

In investigating my server slowdown, see my other posts, I launched, not sure where from, I look later, a CPU graph that scrolls across the screen, it allowed me to strech the window out and being a graphical kind of guy, I noticed a pattern I had not seen in looking at processes, I set Activity Monitor to sort by CPU percent and every minute exactly the process servermgrd spikes and jumps to the top of the processes just for asecond and spike as high as 100 percent, then it drops to 0 and may bump a little bet ween the big spike but is mostly idle. Does this mean anything?
