Postfix modifications and 10.3 Server Admin tools

I've been reading the article on using SpamAssassin with Postfix on 10.3. https://www.afp548.com/Articles/mail/postfix-sa.html My one question.... Do any Postfix configs get wiped out if I use the 10.3 Server Admin application? This article, though it mentions use with 10.3, seems to assume that one is installing Postfix. Which is not the case with 10.3.
