Postfix + Cyrus + MySQL?

I've been trying for 8 hours today (turkey day) to get Postfix and Cyrus to use MySQL for authentication, I can't even get everything to build correctly (I'm using this tutorial: http://www.delouw.ch/linux/Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO/html/index.html). Has anyone figured out how to do this? I despertly would like to install my new copy of 10.3 Server on my XServe, but I'm using Exim + MySQL (as per the article on this site) and I can't just leave all my users without email (obviously). I wish apple would get their head out of their ass and realize that people want to use their products for more than a $4k workgroup server.
