Per User Proxy settings

In the augmented users we would like to set per user proxy settings. in AD set up this is OURDOMAIN/username is there any way we can do this per augmented user in work group manager maybe at the group level set it as an atribute something like OURDOMAIN/$user$ is this possible ? anyone got any simple how to's for this ? Thanks...
