Panther, IPSec and ZyWALL 10

I am trying to configure a VPN to access the office Network without client side hardware. I tried to configure my PowerBook according to part 3 of the flying racoons, but got no chance: timeout at phase 2 or at phase 1. I access the internet using an Airport Extreme Base Station, I am quite sure that the mistake on on the configuration of the ZyWall. Did someone get this to work? Best regards.
