packaging quark

has anyone successfully packaged quark 7.31, or do you have any tips or resources to recommend? i have a working general 7.31 pkg file, but i had to create it with the app in "trial mode" to avoid serial issues. i'm looking to package it for deployment at various clients, so i can't serialize the app, and quark's lame activation/serial scheme wouldn't allow for that anyway. alternatively, is it possible to serialize a quark install after running as the trial version?
