PackageMaker File Mode

Hi, I'm trying to make package with Leopard PackageMaker (3.0.1). I've made Owner, Group and mode how I want them to be. Now when I build this package, PackageMaker runs these over, same way that "Apply Recommendations" does. Is there a way to tell this PackageMaker not to change my settings. Thanks jaol
