Out of Office, Server Side for OS X Tiger

/rant I think its crazy that Apple wouldn't include this feature in OS X under workgroup manager. Having to setup out of office rules for almost 60 users is nuts. rant/ Please tell me there is a program open source or whatever than can help speed up this process. I've already searched google and came up with nothing. Any information to help find a solution is greatly appreciated.
