OSX: VPN Connection PPTP or IPSEC?

Hi all, OSX: VPN Connection PPTP or IPSEC? Can someone clarify what OSX VPN communication or protocol is being used? When I create a VPN connection via Internet Connect, I see only PPTP, and the port is also added...But what about IPSec? Is this supported? I am trying to connect to my Network via VPN but we are using SonicWall and IPSec... Any suggestions? Thks Leo
