OS X to Linux IPsec

Scenario: Company network with a Linux IPsec Firewall and VPN Server. CEO wants to connect to the network from home. At home he has a small network protected by a Watchguard Firewall. How do I make the connection The Soho doesn't managed that. The VPN Tunnel will be used to serve the economy program. Any ideas?
