OS X 10.3 image deployment

Greetings All, I'm looking for a way to create a network share or a CDRom/DVD based image that I can fully configure and deploy to the 8 macs in my organization. I'm running in a Windows XP/2000 AD domain and I dont have an XServe to manage the images. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated Thanks
