OD/ Network Homes across 3 locations

Hello We have site to site vpns set up at 3 different office locations. What we want to do is to have the two satellite offices connect to the main directory server at the main office and login with their same home folder/ desktop at any office. What is the best practice for this as I do not want users to have a slow session... Thanks Alec
