New VPN Setup – IPNetRouter, & 2 copies of VaporSec

OK, so my needs are quite simple, I want to allow remote user(s) access to the internal network at work without spending a fortune. Our current router (serving DHCP & NAT) is getting rather antiquated, at a 1999 as the last firmware update. I plan on using one of the spare computers around as my new router, with IPNetRouter from sustworks.com as my router. I'm hoping (praying?) that it will allow VPN pass-through. Beyond the router machine, I'd like to have one machine inside the network running VaporSec, and the remote office would also be running VaporSec. Does this sound plausible?
