Network home syncs with AD/OD

All, I have 200 mac clients authenticating to AD and OD. I am pulling AD user accounts into an OD group. I then assigned managed preferences to the group so that each clients who logs in becomes a mobile user and has a network home directory built on the xServe (actually to another volume that is a RAID on the xServe) In directory utility, the AD plug in network protocol is set to AFP In Server Admin, I created the sharepoint and set it to automount. In WGM, I assigned the following mobile preferences to the group: Create mobile accounts when user logs into network account Require confirmation when creating mobile account Create home with default sync settings All set to always In the options tab: The path for the storage of home directories is specified and valid In the rules tab: I have just the user documents selected (that is all I want to sync) at login and logout I have background sync always enabled, with, again, just the documents to be syncd When the client logs in, they get the proper mobile preferences. But the homes do not sync. In AD, the client’s home is pointing to the correct path. No matter what I try, the homes will not even begin to sync. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have never had a problem doing this with just an xServe. Is there something else (short of a schema extension) I can try on the AD side? Your help is greatly appreciated, Dave
