netboot and networked home folders?

Hello all, i like to have our office macs all boot from the same image via netboot, but still have all my users have their own email using entourage. i guess what i am looking for is netbooting together with seperate networked home dirs for each user. i do not want any data on the local machines disk. can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks, overrider
