multiple VPN configurations?

I am setting up my first mac server at our small home office. So far everything is going really well. I want to be able to vpn into the network while i travel. Since it is a family run business, I also want to connect to another mac server at my inlaws office. So far this seems very elementery. Here is my question, When I travel, I want to have all my traffic to go through my vpn. Though, i don't want to pass http traffic with the 2 mac servers. is there a way to do this?
