Migrating from local to network mobile homes?

We have about 50 users on laptops that we'd like to migrate to mobile network homes. Is there anyway to migrate form local to network homes? All the accounts on the local machines are simple local admin users (with the correct name and shortname that we'd want on the server) Do I have to do complicated moving of users? Or can I somehow convert local to network home accounts? The computers ARE managed by workgroup manager ...
