Migrating from 10.5 ODS to 10.6 ODS

Looking for some pointers and advice on migrating from a 10.5 ODS to a 10.6 ODS box. Current hardware is an Xserve G5 and we're looking to move to an Intel Xserve running 10.6. I've heard some issues may occur when moving and I was hoping this site could help guide me and my team in the right direction. So, anyone have any good resources aside from a simple Google/Bing search on this topic? Thanks in advance.
