Migrating from 10.3.9 server to 10.5 Server

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions on how I can go about upgrading a 10.3.9 server's user accounts and passwords to a fresh 10.5 install on the same machine? I have all the accounts in a local netinfo store (it's in standalone mode, no OD master). I can export the users into a file but I'm wondering about the passwords? Can I export the passwords from such a setup to a 10.5 install? I'm going to CC clone the boot drive first but I'm lost on the upgrade from a local netinfo account/passwords. I can start from scratch but it's a pain resetting all the passwords for multiple computers/users because of their various physical locations... Thanks! Trev
