Managed Prefs for Apple Mail

Hi, We have started introducing PHDs to our Mac notebook users and I want to be able to push out MCX settings for Apple Mail so all the user needs to enter is their password and they will get Mail. We are a Leopard network. I thought I added the correct settings under the Preferences > Details tab in WGM, but when I load Mail on the client it wants to set Mail up from scratch. Is there something I might be missing. Can anybody who is having success with this please advise? Thanks!
