Manage Xserve romotely via MS Terminal Services

Hello, I got my new Xserve up and running, and is webhosting. Question, my developer is asking how to manage the server remotely. He is on xp platform and uses Microsoft Terminal Services to remotely administrate my W2K NAS Server but needs to know what the equilvant "Terminal/Remote" service is on the Xserve to set up email accounts/asp/etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
