MacBook Pro Keyboard & Mouse issues

A few weeks ago I completed a project using InstaDMG for about 75% of my OS X 10.5.3 image + some customizations on a new iMac which were captured using NetRestore. It seemed like everything was working with the image until we noticed that on new MacBook Pro's there is a strange behavior in the Keyboard & Mouse system preference pane. (Does not happen to MacBook Pro's from last summer.) When you select a tab, instead of really switching, it overlays the choices over the previous selection. The problem is also present when I image a MacBook Pro with the following InstaDMG configuration: Mac OS X Retail Install DVD + Developer Tools Apple Updates: MacOSXUpdCombo10.5.4.pkg AirPortUtility_Leopard.pkg iLifeSupport.pkg iTunes.pkg QuickTime75Leopard.pkg JavaForMacOSX10.5Update1.pkg CustomPKGs: createUser.pkg clearReg.pkg Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas about why it could be happening or a fix?
