Mac OS X – phpBB issues

What software versions are people running on OS X Server and having good success with phpBB? I demo'ed and tested phpBB on two linux boxes prior to installing on a production server (XServe OS X 10.2.6 Server) . My tests were flawless. Now, the install on the OS X box has serious refresh problems in the admin area. Create a forum for example, it doesn't show up until you reconnect. Shows up immediately from the users perspective. I'm interested in which s/w versions people are having success with. My install is PHP 4.3.4, MySQL 4.x, Apache 1.3.29, phpBB 2.0.6c. Thanks.
