Mac not booting with new image – com.apple.driver.InternalModemSupport error

Hi, I'm trying to build an image with SL 10.6.2, using the newest r258 build. It builds succesfully without any error messages but upon boot I get this (if started in verbose mode): Warning - com.apple.driver.InternalModemSupport declares no kernel dependencies; using com.apple.kernel.6.0. There it just hangs...Anybody knows why this could be happening? I'm building from a MBP with 10.6.2.
