Mac Book Air Process….

Does anyone possess a workflow to imaging a new MacBook Air? In our setup we just DMG the startup CDs and build new images with a bunch of packages.... Is there a way to DMG the startup USB stick or are we out of luck? Let me know what you have in mind as to how to accomplish this. Thanks Robert
