Locked out of Server!

Hi all, I am working on a server in one of the local colleges and have been locked out of it! Using ARD I can dscl . list /Users and it returns all the local accounts as I would expect but if I try to login with SSH or through the GUI the passwords I have set for the admin accounts are rejected. If I try to create a new user through ARD using dscl -create I get a DSOpenDirectoryService error :-( I obviously have a certain amount of access as I can use ARD and I am 99% sure that the password I am using in ARD is the same password that I am entering when trying to access. Is there anyway I can see the password ARD is using to access the server (al la Keychain Access)? If not any ideas on how I kickstart the password server to start behaving itself?? Or another way to create a new admin account??? Any help appreciated! Gerard Allen ACSA Cork, Ireland
