Limiting number of incoming sshd sessions

Hey, everyone... We've got a server here that accepts incoming ssh sessions. We'd like to limit the number of sessions that may concurrently be connected. Is there a place where we can specify this? I've looked at MaxSessions in sshd_config, but when it refers to "network connection," it's a little ambiguous. TIA, Dave
