new install 10.4, upgrade to 10.4.5 standalone server.
promote to Open Directory Master --okay.

Domain info ( this is where i'm fuzzy)
Kerberos Realm -- >>
Search Base dc= hostname, dc=local
in kerberos Realm i have added my domain in All caps, and in search base i have added the full path. okay,...
two buttons add kerberos record and kerberize.
following instructions on page 82 open directory pdf,
I clicked kerberize
Admin name ( open dir admin )
password ( uh huh )
Realm ( dns name in caps )
Boink! nothing, no answer, no alert, no kerberize. Does not take the admin password I guess. any hints clues?
