iPhoto broken with update and iMovie weirdness

Two really weird things are happening: 1. I install iLife 08, then later in my catalog install the iPhoto 7.1.5 update. When you image a machine and log in, iPhoto is broken. It has the default icon and when you click it, it bounces but will not launch. I commented out the 7.1.5 update and upon logging in it works fine. I manually installed the 7.1.5 update and it still worked fine. 2. Also, when you log in for the first time, iMovie is there and works great, but there is a folder called iMovie (previous version). This is confusing because I'm installing using the Leopard install DVD, then installing iLife 08, so there was never a previous version of iMovie to begin with. All help is appreciated =) Thanks Nate
