IP FailOver with 2 x Apple xServes running Mac OS X 10.2.6

Is there anyone out there that has successfully configured a couple of xServes with IP Failover. One server fails the other pops up in its place. I'm a Mac techie with unix experience, so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great![/b]
