Intel xServe panic’s nightly

The server is fully up to date. It runs MySQL and WebHelpDesk only. It seems the issue started after the last Java update that came out. The only thing I have scheduled is a MySQL backup at 11:00pm every night. Other than that I can find anything thats running at 12:03. Could this be a hardware issue, ram, processor...?
