installing developer tools

I seem to remember an option in the script to install the developer tools... I can't see that option anymore, perhaps I was imagining it. I am trying to use InstaUp2Date which has a development catalog. I get an error line 69, in module raise Exception() #TODO: improve error handling Any advice on installing Developers Tools off the DVD? TIA, -- jmca
