InstaDMG 443 With build 11A511s(Lion USB Stick)

The build number is different than the InstallESD. I've added 11A511s to my catalog file which fixed some issues but I am stuck at this point. When InstaDMG is done doing its thing, the image is only about 1.6gb(because of updates) and does not work. Thanks!
