InstaDMG 1.6b2 and installing Xcode 3.2.1 on a Snow Leopard image

Hello: I've recently downloaded InstaDMG 1.6b2 from the dev google site, and in the process of getting Xcode installed on a Snow Leopard image, I've hit a snag. I downloaded the Xcode 3.2.1 DMG from Apple's dev site, calculated the checksum and plopped it on my web site that provided the packages that I use with InstaDMG. The InstaDMG run as part of instaUp2Date doesn't do the installation of Xcode.
