Incorrect Disk Size

I've recently begun using InstaDMG and have encountered my first problem. The build seems to complete successfully, but for some reason when I mount the DMG, it's reported as being almost 300GB (actual size is less than 4GB ). SIU continues to fail when attempting to create a NetInstall set, and I'm assuming it's because of the disk size. Hopefully I'm not missing something obvious.
