imap connections setting in serveradmin

after a complete reinstall of 10.3.4 server, i noticed after setting up mail services without the server admin app, my imap connection limit is set to "0", i remember it being set to 100 or something in my previous configuration. the apple docs say the default is "35". what file controls this setting? cyrus.conf? i don't want server admin to overwrite any of my settings.
