ilife09 apps not installing

Let me try again. brand new MBP requires 10.5.7 3A174 probably some new drivers that were added after 10.5.7 combo? i made DMGs out of the install media that comes with this machine i have an "Mac OS X Install DVD.dmg" and "Applications Install Disc.dmg" generated my installerchoices file because if i used my previous one i got an empty build in step one of instadmg. noticed there are no iDVD, iMovie and iPhoto choices in the new file, when i start instadmg i see mounting a supportd disk .... but i see no way to get it to install the "Install Bundled Software.mpkg" that is found on the applications install disc, i have tried running instadmg on the laptop instead of my normal build machine, tried opening the dmg that was missing the ilife apps and installing the mpkg, i get a nice message saying that this software cannot be installed on this machine. then i tried digging down to the actual packages and installing them manually with similar results. i am going to try and start with my old 10.5.2 build that the ilife stuff installed with before but i fear something like video, or wireless is not going to work on the laptop properly because a driver is missing. any help would be greatly appreciated.
