How to make OD accounts login to windows PC

In our network ,OD is mac osx leapord v10.5.6, AD is windows server 2003. For most users have OD accounts,but sometimes they need to login to windows computers I want they just have OD accounts but can use OD accounts login to windows computers,to browse webpages,print and so on. How to set up?
